The Old School, Radstock.

This very large Victorian building located near the centre of Radstock, Bath, was used as a large school, with a school master's house at the front. 

The former school master's house at the front of the school, has now been restored and let.

The remainder of the old school is now derelict, planning consent is still being sought to demolish it and to fully regenerate the site. There would then be a site behind the restored school masters house on which a further houses could be built.

The whole complex is in a very nice position close to the Church and local ammenities, its much anticipated regeneration will further compliment the other larger regeneration projects being carried out in Radstock.

Development of the site may be undertaken by the estate alone, or in conjunction with a builder/developer. Alternatively the whole site could be sold to a developer.
